\uff08\u73af\u7403\u84dd\u8054\uff09\u7684\u51b3\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u603b\u8ba1\u6301\u6709 Far Point \u7ea6 67.7%\u80a1\u4efd\u7684\u80a1\u4e1c\u4eec\u6295\u7968\u8d5e\u6210\u8fd9\u9879\u4ea4\u6613\uff08\u652f\u6301\u7387\u8d8550%\u5373\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u6536\u8d2d\uff09\u3002\u603b\u8ba1\u6301\u67094870\u4e07\u80a1\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u9009\u62e9\u8d4e\u56de\u5176\u80a1\u7968\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eca\u5e741\u6708\uff0cFar Point \u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06\u6536\u8d2d Global Blue\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ea4\u6613\u56e0\u4e3a\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u7206\u53d1\u800c\u88ab\u8feb\u6401\u7f6e\u3002\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\uff0cFar Point \u6566\u4fc3\u80a1\u4e1c\u6295\u7968\u53cd\u5bf9\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u79f0\u201c\u75ab\u60c5\u5bf9 Global Blue Lake\uff08\u53e6\u4e00\u80a1\u4e1c\u4e3a Partners Group Holding AG \uff09\u5411 Far Point \u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u8ba9\u6b65\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u653e\u5f031.54\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u80a1\u606f\uff0c\u540c\u610f\u5c065000\u4e07\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u53ef\u8f6c\u6362\u4f18\u5148\u80a1\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u666e\u901a\u80a1\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8\u670816\u65e5\uff0cSilver Lake \u548c Partners Group \u5ba3\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u6298\u8877\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u540c\u610f\u964d\u4f4e Far Point \u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ea4\u6362\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u4ea4\u6613\u4e4b\u540e Global Blue \u7684\u989d\u5916\u80a1\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Global Blue \u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u904d\u53ca51\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c30\u4e07\u4e2a\u5546\u5bb6\u3002\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u745e\u58eb\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u62e5\u67092,000\u540d\u5458\u5de5\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u514d\u7a0e\u8d2d\u7269\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e3a1300\u4e07\u56fd\u9645\u8d2d\u7269\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5360\u96c6\u56e2\u603b\u9500\u552e\u989d\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e3a85%\uff1b\u589e\u503c\u652f\u4ed8\u4e1a\u52a1\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6e38\u5ba2\u6570\u91cf\u4e3a
