Health, Labour and Welfare\uff0cMHLW),\u901a\u77e5\u4e16\u754c\u8d38\u6613\u7ec4\u7ec7(WTO),\u5176\u6b32\u6839\u636e\u300a\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7ba1\u5236\u6cd5\u300b(Act on Control of Household Products Containing Harmful Substances)\u5c06\u5076\u6c2e\u67d3\u6599\u6307\u5b9a\u4e3a\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u610f\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636eWTO\u8d38\u6613\u6280\u672f\u58c1\u5792\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u8be5\u76d1\u7ba1\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u4e8e2016\u5e744\u67081\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7ba1\u5236\u6cd5\u300b\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e9b\u542b\u6709\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u89c4\u8303\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u6848\u5b9e\u65bd\u89c4\u5219\u6807\u51c6\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u624d\u80fd\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u9500\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62df\u8bae\u5bf9\u300a\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7ba1\u5236\u6cd5\u300b\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.\u6839\u636e\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u201c\u542b\u6709\u5076\u6c2e\u7c7b\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u5bb6\u5c45\u4ea7\u54c1\u201d\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u542b\u6709\u5076\u6c2e\u67d3\u6599\u7684\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\uff1a\u5c3f\u5e03\u3001\u5c3f\u5e03\u8986\u76d6\u7269\u3001\u5185\u8863\u3001\u7761\u8863\u3001\u624b\u5957\u3001\u889c\u5b50\u3001\u4e2d\u8863\u3001\u5916\u8863\u3001\u5e3d\u5b50\u3001\u5e8a\u4e0a\u7528\u54c1\u3001\u5730\u6bef\u3001\u684c\u5e03\u3001\u9886\u9970\u3001\u624b\u5e15\u3001\u6bdb\u5dfe\u3001\u6d74\u57ab\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u542b\u6709\u5076\u6c2e\u67d3\u6599\u7684\u76ae\u9769\u548c\/\u6216\u76ae\u6bdb\u4ea7\u54c1\uff1a\u5185\u8863\u3001\u624b\u5957\u3001\u4e2d\u8863\u3001\u5916\u8863\u3001\u5e3d\u5b50\u548c\u5730\u677f\u8986\u76d6\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.\u7ecf\u6c14\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u8d28\u8c31\u4eea\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c24\u79cd\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u82b3\u9999\u80fa\u542b\u91cf\u88ab\u9650\u5236\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc730\u6beb\u514b\/\u5343\u514b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.\u4fee\u8ba2\u68c0\u6d4b\u542b\u6709\u4e09\u82ef\u57fa\u9521(TPT)\u548c\u4e09\u4e01\u57fa\u9521(TBT)\u7684\u5bb6\u5177\u7528\u54c1\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u6c14\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u8d28\u8c31\u4eea\u66ff\u4ee3\u65e0\u706b\u7130\u539f\u5b50\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8c31\u6cd5\u548c\u4e8c\u7ef4\u5c42\u6790\u8272\u8c31\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4.\u4fee\u8ba2\u68c0\u6d4b\u542b\u6709\u7532\u919b\u7684\u5bb6\u5c45\u7528\u54c1\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u918b\u9178-\u918b\u9178\u94f5\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u66ff\u4ee3\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u6d4b\u91cf\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u51c0\u5316\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u65e5\u672c\u539a\u751f\u52b3\u52a8\u7701(Ministryof
