Corp\uff0c\u8ba1\u5212\u901a\u8fc7\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1\u7b79\u96c6\u7ea62.5\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6ce8\uff1aSPAC \u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5373\u201ca special purpose acquisition company\uff0c\u7279\u6b8a\u76ee\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u516c\u53f8\u201d\uff0c\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u662f\u53ea\u6709\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02 \u201c\u7a7a\u58f3\u516c\u53f8\u201d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6295\u8d44\u5e76\u8d2d\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e2e\u52a9\u6b32\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e0a\u5e02\u878d\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp \u516c\u53f8\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff0c\u5c06\u7531\u8054\u5e2d\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u517c\u8463\u4e8b Chinta Bhagat \u548c Scott Chen \u9886\u5bfc\uff0c\u4e24\u4eba\u90fd\u662f L Catterton Asia \u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u62c5\u4efb L Catterton Asia \u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u548c\u9996\u5e2d\u4fe1\u606f\u5b98\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u5bb6 SPAC \u516c\u53f8\u8ba1\u5212\u5728\u7eb3\u65af\u8fbe\u514b\u53d1\u884c2500\u4e07\u80a1\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u6bcf\u80a1\u5b9a\u4ef710\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u80a1\u80a1\u7968\u7531\u4e00\u80a1\u666e\u901a\u80a1\u548c\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u80a1\u7684\u8ba4\u80a1\u6743\u8bc1\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u6267\u884c\u4ef7\u683c\u4e3a11.5\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u62df\u8bae\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u89c4\u6a21\uff0cL Catterton Asia Acquisition \u7684\u5e02\u503c\u5c06\u8fbe\u52303.13\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp \u5468\u4e00\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c06\u7784\u51c6\u4e9a\u6d32\u9ad8\u589e\u957f\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u79d1\u6280\u9886\u57df\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e9a\u6d32 GDP \u589e\u957f\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u5c06\u7531\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63a8\u52a8\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u5728\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f3a\u52b2\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LVMH \u96c6\u56e2\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u3001\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u56db\u5927\u5bcc\u8c6a Bernard Arnault \u4e0e\u610f\u5927\u5229\u8054\u5408\u4fe1\u8d37\u94f6\u884c\uff08UniCredit\uff09\u524d\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Jean Pierre Mustier \u8054\u624b\u521b\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u5bb6 SPAC \u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u5bb6 SPAC \u516c\u53f8\u53d6\u540d\u4e3a Pegasus Europe\uff0c\u7784\u51c6\u201c\u521b\u65b0\u578b\u201d\u6b27\u6d32\u91d1\u878d\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5c06\u5728\u963f\u59c6\u65af\u7279\u4e39\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPAC \u4e0a\u5e02\u6a21\u5f0f\u5df2\u7136\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u80a1\u70ed\u6f6e\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e0a\u5e02\u6a21\u5f0f\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u5ba1\u67e5\u66f4\u5c11\u3001\u5bf9\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u4f30\u503c\u548c\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u4e5f\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
