class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\uff0cCath Kidston\u7684\u539f\u80a1\u4e1c\u2014\u2014\u4e9a\u6d32\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6743\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8 Baring Private Equity Asia\uff08\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u9738\u83f1\u4e9a\u6d32\u201d\uff09\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684 CK Acquisitions Limited \u5c06\u9000\u51fa\u5728\u8be5\u54c1\u724c\u6301\u6709\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Melinda Paraie\u8d1f\u8d23\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5979\u4e8e2018\u5e74\u51fa\u4efb\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u30022010\u5e74\uff0cCath Kidston \u5c06\u516c\u53f8\u63a7\u80a1\u6743\u51fa\u552e\u7ed9\u79c1\u52df\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8 TA Associates\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u4f30\u503c\u7ea6\u4e3a1\u4ebf\u82f1\u9551\uff1b2014\u5e74\uff0c\u9738\u83f1\u4e9a\u6d32\u9996\u6b21\u5165\u80a1 Cath \u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u507f\u8fd8\u6709\u62c5\u4fdd\u503a\u52a1\uff0c\u54c1\u724c\u7684\u7535\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u6388\u6743\u548c\u6279\u53d1\u4e1a\u52a1\u4ee5 1780\u4e07\u82f1\u9551\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u72ec\u7acb\u51fa\u552e\u6d41\u7a0b\u51fa\u552e\u7ed9\u9738\u83f1\u4e9a\u6d32\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684 CK Acquisitions Limited\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
