CMA\uff09\u5df2\u6279\u51c6\u745e\u58eb\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u96c6\u56e2\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\uff08Richmont\uff09\u5c06\u65d7\u4e0b\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546\u96c6\u56e2 YOOX Net-A-Porter \uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u201cYNAP\u201d\uff09\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u80a1\u6743\u51fa\u552e\u7ed9\u82f1\u56fd\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546\u96c6\u56e2 FARFETCH\uff08\u53d1\u53d1\u5947\uff09\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u8bf7\u6c42\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u4eca\u540e\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u6536\u8d2d\u94fa\u5e73\u4e86\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.htt.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1-40-1024x574.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-161528\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CMA \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9 Farfetch \u6536\u8d2d\u540c\u884c YNAP \u8fd150%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u4e00\u4e8b\u5c55\u5f00\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u636e\u6089\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\uff0c\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u5c06\u6301\u6709 YNAP 49.3%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u3002\u5728\u672a\u6765\u4e94\u5e74\u5185\uff0cFarfetch \u8fd8\u53ef\u9009\u62e9\u6536\u8d2d\u6240\u6709\u5269\u4f59\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ea4\u6362\uff0c\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97 Farfetch \u5c11\u6570\u80a1\u6743\u3002\u9884\u8ba1\u8fd9\u9879\u4ea4\u6613\u5c06\u57282023\u5e74\u5e95\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u7b49\u5f85\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u4ea4\u6613\u5c06\u4f7f\u5f97\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u65d7\u4e0b\u54c1\u724c\u80fd\u591f\u83b7\u5f97\u6765\u81ea\u5962\u4f88\u7535\u5546\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u5373 Farfetch \u7684\u6280\u672f\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u670831\u65e5\uff0cCMA\u66fe\u5c31\u8fd9\u4e00\u5408\u5e76\u5c55\u5f00\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u79f0\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u82f1\u56fd\u201c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u5927\u5e45\u51cf\u5c11\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">21\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e4b\u521d\uff0cFederico Marchetti \u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\u521b\u7acb\u4e86\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546\u5e73\u53f0 Yoox\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e 2009\u5e74\u5728\u7c73\u5170\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u30022015\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u548c\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u643a\u624b\u63a8\u52a8 Yoox \u4e0e\u5386\u5cf0\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u82f1\u56fd\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546 Net-a-Porter \u5408\u5e76\uff0c\u66f4\u540d\u4e3a YOOX Net-A-Porter \uff08YNAP\uff09\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546\u96c6\u56e2\u30022018\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u5728\u88ab\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u5168\u9762\u63a7\u80a1\u540e\uff0cYNAP \u6b63\u5f0f\u79c1\u6709\u5316\u9000\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2022\u5e748\u6708\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u7535\u5546 FARFETCH \u548c\u963f\u8054\u914b\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6 Mohamed Alabbar \uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0 Alabbar\uff09\u540d\u4e0b\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u6784 Symphony Global \u5ba3\u5e03\u8fbe\u6210\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u7531 FARFETCH \u548c Alabbar \u5206\u522b\u6536\u8d2d YNAP 47.5%\u548c 3.2%\u7684\u80a1\u6743\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u5168\u6e20\u9053\u5206\u9500\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u5411\u7740\u5c06 YNAP \u6253\u9020\u4e3a\u65e0\u63a7\u80a1\u80a1\u4e1c\u7684\u3001\u4e2d\u7acb\u7684\u5168\u884c\u4e1a\u5e73\u53f0\u8fc8\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u534f\u8bae\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u548c FARFETCH \u5206\u522b\u62e5\u6709\u770b\u8dcc\u671f\u6743\u548c\u770b\u6da8\u671f\u6743\uff0cFARFETCH \u5c06\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u6536\u8d2d YNAP \u7684\u5269\u4f59\u80a1\u4efd\uff1b<br>\nYNAP \u5c06\u91c7\u7528 FARFETCH \u5e73\u53f0\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u63a8\u52a8\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5176\u5411\u6df7\u5408\u96f6\u552e\u5e73\u53f0\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u8f6c\u53d8\uff1b<br>\n\u5386\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u91c7\u7528 FARFETCH
