579px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u53f0\u6e7e\u4e3a\u51dd\u805a\u5404\u754c\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52a8\u52a0\u5165\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4f19\u4f34\u534f\u5b9a(Trans-Pacific Partnership, TPP)\u7684\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u90e8\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u5c40\u900f\u8fc7\u5404\u4ea7\u4e1a\u516c\u534f\u4f1a\u7406\u76d1\u4e8b\u4f1a\u8bae\u6216\u4f1a\u5458\u5927\u4f1a\uff0c\u4e3b\u52a8\u5411\u4ea7\u4e1a\u754c\u8bf4\u660e\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52a8\u52a0\u5165TPP\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u53ca\u5bf9\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u5e749\u670823\u65e5\u53f0\u6e7e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u90e8\u8d38\u6613\u5c40\u6768\u6dd1\u5a9a\u526f\u5c40\u957f\uff0c\u5e94\u9080\u524d\u5f80\u53f0\u6e7e\u533a\u7eba\u7eb1\u5de5\u4e1a\u540c\u4e1a\u516c\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458\u5927\u4f1a\uff0c\u8bf4\u660eTPP\u8c08\u5224\u8fdb\u5c55\u53ca\u53f0\u6e7e\u51c6\u5907\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TPP\u6807\u699c\u4e3a\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u53ca\u9ad8\u6807\u51c6\u4e4b\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u90e8\u95e8\u5747\u987b\u7eb3\u5165\u964d\u7a0e\u8c08\u5224\uff0c\u8bae\u9898\u8303\u56f4\u8d85\u8d8aWTO\uff0c\u5e76\u7eb3\u5165\u8d85\u51fa\u4f20\u7edf\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u4e4b\u65b0\u5174\u8bae\u9898\uff0c\u5982\u73af\u4fdd\u53ca\u52b3\u5de5\u8bae\u9898\u7b49\uff0c\u4e14\u672a\u6765\u8c08\u5224\u5c06\u4e0e\u65f6\u4ff1\u8fdb\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u7eb3\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u8bae\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.htt.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/2244.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24593\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u4e0e\u6210\u8863\u300d\u4ea6\u4e3aTPP\u6db5\u76d6\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ae0\u8282\uff0c\u5c31\u6b64\u8bae\u9898\u7f8e\u3001\u58a8\u7b49\u56fd\u4e3b\u5f20\u63a1\u7528\u300c\u4ece\u7eb1\u5f00\u59cb\u300d\u7684\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u8d8a\u5357\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6210\u8863\u5e03\u6599\u591a\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u8fdb\u53e3\uff0c\u9042\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u300c\u4f9b\u5e94\u77ed\u7f3a\u6e05\u5355\u300d\u6392\u9664\u9002\u7528\u4ece\u7eb1\u5f00\u59cb\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u636e\u77ad\u89e3\u76ee\u524dTPP\u6210\u5458\u5df2\u63a5\u8fd1\u5b8c\u6210 \u300c\u4f9b\u5e94\u77ed\u7f3a\u6e05\u5355\u300d\u8c08\u5224\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2014\u5e74\u53f0\u6e7e\u7eba\u7eb1\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3TPP\u56fd\u5bb6\u91d1\u989d\u7ea64,378\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5360\u8be5\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u6bd4\u91cd\u7ea68.93%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u524d\u4e94\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\u4e3a\u8d8a\u5357\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\uff0c\u5176\u5173\u7a0e\u8bfe\u5fb5\u60c5\u5f62\u5982\u9644\u8868\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u51fa\u53e3\u7eba\u7eb1\u4ea7\u54c1\u81f3TPP\u524d\u4e94\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u5e02\u573a\u987b\u8bfe1.81%\u81f310.51%\u4e0d\u7b49\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u6545\u52a0\u5165TPP\u5c06\u4fc3\u4f7f\u53f0\u6e7e\u7eba\u7eb1\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3TPP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u8c03\u964d\uff0c\u5bf9\u53f0\u6e7e\u51fa\u53e3\u5c06\u6709\u6b63\u9762\u52a9\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u6e7e\u8d38\u6613\u5c40\u6768\u526f\u5c40\u957f\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u85c9\u7531\u52a0\u5165\u533a\u57df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6574\u5408\u4e4b\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u68c0\u89c6\u73b0\u884c\u6cd5\u89c4\u653f\u7b56\u4e0e\u91cd\u8981\u56fd\u9645\u534f\u5b9a\u95f4\u7684\u843d\u5dee\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u63a8\u52a8\u53f0\u6e7e\u5185\u6cd5\u5236\u9769\u65b0\u5e76\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u63a5\u8f68\uff0c\u800c\u52a0\u5165TPP\u9664\u53ef\u7ef4\u7e6b\u53f0\u6e7e\u5728\u5168\u7403\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u4e4b\u5e02\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u53f0\u6e7e\u5382\u5546\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\uff0c\u4e3a\u53f0\u6e7e\u4ea7\u54c1\u964d\u4f4e\u5173\u7a0e\u4e0e\u589e\u52a0\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u5728\u975e\u5173\u7a0e\u8bae\u9898\u7684\u5408\u4f5c(\u4f8b\u5982\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u627f\u8ba4\u7b49)\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u51fa\u53e3\u6210\u672c\u53ca\u8bb8\u53ef\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e4b\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u53f0\u6e7e\u4e3a\u51dd\u805a\u5404\u754c\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52a8\u52a0\u5165\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4f19\u4f34\u534f\u5b9a(Trans-Pacific
