Liranzo\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c31\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e0e\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4e4b\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u6fb3\u6d32\u3001\u6c76\u83b1\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u667a\u5229\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u3001\u7ebd\u897f\u5170\u3001\u79d8\u9c81\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u53ca\u8d8a\u5357\u7b4911\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5df2\u4e8e10\u67085\u65e5\u5b8c\u6210\u7b7e\u7f72\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4f19\u4f34\u534f\u5b9a(TPP)\u6848\uff0c\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u66fe\u7ecf\u9488\u5bf9\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u63d0\u51faTPP\u5e94\u63a1\u53d6\u4e0eDR-CAFTA\u76f8\u540c\u4e4b\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf947\u9879\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u654f\u611f\u4ea7\u54c1\u76f8\u540c\u4e4b\u964d\u7a0e\u671f\u7a0b\uff0c\u5373\u5ef6\u81f310\u523015\u5e74\u4e4b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5018\u8be5\u9879\u5efa\u8bae\u672a\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\uff0c\u52bf\u5c06\u5bf9\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u885d\u51fb\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u5382\u5546\u672a\u6765\u8f6c\u800c\u524d\u5f80\u8d8a\u5357\u751f\u4ea7\u7eba\u7ec7\u53ca\u978b\u7c7b\u7b49\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u5f88\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u5e0c\u671bTPP\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e88\u8d8a\u5357\u7b49\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u5e03\u6599\u751f\u4ea7\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u4e4b\u5f39\u6027\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ea6\u80fd\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7b7e\u8ba2DR-CAFTA\u4e4b\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u53ca\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0INTEC\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u66a8\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3(ODCI) \u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u8005Pavel Isa\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8eTPP\u7b7e\u7f72\u56fd\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u4e0e\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u4eab\u6709\u4e4b\u4f18\u60e0\u6761\u4ef6\u9010\u6e10\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u6e20\u7b49\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e4b\u5546\u54c1\u53ca\u670d\u52a1\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u4ea6\u9010\u6e10\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u7528\u54c1\u3001\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u978b\u7c7b\u53ca\u5851\u80f6\u4ea7\u54c1\u5927\u90e8\u4efd\u5747\u5728\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa\u53e3\u533a\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u53ca\u8d8a\u5357\u4ea7\u54c1\u6fc0\u70c8\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u5018TPP\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u7b7e\u7ea6\u56fd\u4e4b\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f18\u4e8e\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u53ca\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e4b\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a(DR-CAFTA)\uff0c\u9664\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e4b\u51fa\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4ea6\u5c06\u53ef\u80fd\u8f6c\u800c\u9009\u62e9\u5728TPP\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\u8fdb\u884c\u6295\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f32014\u5e74\u5e95\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa\u53e3\u533a\u7eba\u7ec7\u6210\u8863\u5382\u5171110\u5bb6\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u91d1\u989d12\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u978b\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u90e8\u4efd\uff0c\u5171\u670930\u5bb6\u5382\u5546\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u51fa\u53e3\u989d\u8fbe5\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7230\u6b64\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa\u53e3\u533a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u53ca\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa\u53e3\u5382\u5546\u534f\u4f1a(ADOZONA)\uff0c\u5bf9TPP\u534f\u5b9a\u4e4b\u7b7e\u7f72\u76f8\u5f53\u91cd\u89c6\uff0c\u6b63\u79ef\u6781\u4e86\u89e3\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u8be6\u7ec6\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u4ffe\u63a1\u9002\u5f53\u56e0\u5e94\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u52a0\u5de5\u51fa\u53e3\u533a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(CNZFE)\u526f\u6267\u884c\u79d8\u4e66Daniel
