\u5b89\u8d5b\u4e50\u7c73\u5854\u5c14\u96c6\u56e2\u73b0\u4efb CEO Lakshmi Mittal \u7684\u513f\u5ab3\uff0c\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5e76\u8d2d\u3001\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6743\u878d\u8d44\u548c IPO \u4fe1\u606f\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546 Mergermarket \u6d88\u606f\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8fd1\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u4f20\u95fb\uff0c\u5728\u7efc\u5408\u8003\u8651\u7b5b\u9009\u591a\u4e2a\u6709\u610f\u5411\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u540e\uff0c La Perla \u70b9\u5934\u540c\u610f\u3002\u81ea 2013\u5e74\u6536\u8d2d La Perla \u4ee5\u6765\uff0c Silvio Scaglia \u4e00\u76f4\u6ca1\u6709\u677e\u53e3\u613f\u610f\u653e\u5f03\u5bf9 La Perla \u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6743\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u79f0\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u610f\u5927\u5229\u7684\u5973\u88c5\u54c1\u724c Calzedonia \uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u4e8b\u5185\u8863\u3001\u6cf3\u8863\u548c\u889c\u5b50\u7b49\u4ea7\u54c1\uff09\u66fe\u5411 Scaglia \u63d0\u51fa\u8fc7 1\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u62a5\u4ef7\uff0c\u4f46 Silvio Scaglia \u5426\u8ba4\u4ed6\u66fe\u5c31\u6b64\u610f\u5411\u4e0e Calzedonia
