SMCP S.A.\u7ea625%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SMCP\u4e8e1984\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e\u5df4\u9ece\uff0c\u65d7\u4e0b\u5305\u62ec Sandro\u3001Maje \u548c Claudie Pierlot \u4e09\u4e2a\u65f6\u5c1a\u54c1\u724c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dSandro\u548cMaje\u7531Evelyne Ch\u00e9trite\u3001Judith Milgrom \u59d0\u59b9\u5148\u540e\u57281984\u5e74\u548c1998\u5e74\u521b\u529e\uff0c\u5979\u4eec\u57282009\u5e74\u6536\u8d2d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08Claudie Pierlot\u4e8e1984\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u540c\u540d\u54c1\u724c\uff0c2010\u5e74\u7ec4\u5efaSMCP\u96c6\u56e2\u3002\u540c\u5e74 11\u6708\uff0c\u6cd5\u56fd\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u96c6\u56e2 LVMH \u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u79c1\u52df\u57fa\u91d1 L Capital \u548c\u53e6\u4e00\u5bb6\u6cd5\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8 Florac \u8054\u624b\u8d2d\u5165\u5e76\u5e73\u5206 SMCP 51%\u80a1\u6743\uff0c2013\u5e744\u6708\uff0c \u79c1\u52df\u5de8\u5934KKR \u6700\u7ec8\u6536\u8d2d\u4e86SMCP 65% \u7684\u80a1\u6743\uff0c\u539f\u6295\u8d44\u65b9 L Capital \u548c Florac \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2016\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u5c71\u4e1c\u5982\u610f\u79d1\u6280\u96c6\u56e2\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u975e\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u8054\u5408\u5176\u4ed6\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u63a7\u80a1\u4e86 SMCP S.A. \uff0c\u539f\u5927\u80a1\u4e1c KKR \u5411\u5176\u51fa\u552e\u4e86\u6240\u6301\u6709\u7684 SMCP 70%\u80a1\u6743\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u4ea4\u6613\u91d1\u989d\u5728 13\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec SMCP \u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u503a\u52a1\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\uff0cSMCP \u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u4ee5\u53ca KKR \u4ecd\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5c11\u6570\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2017\u5e7410\u6708\uff0cSMCP \u6210\u529f\u767b\u9646\u5df4\u9ece\u6cdb\u6b27\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff0c\u53d1\u884c\u4ef7\u4e3a\u6bcf\u80a122\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5df4\u9ece\u6cdb\u6b27\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u62402017\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927IPO\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SMCP \u76ee\u524d\u5e73\u5747\u9500\u552e\u6bdb\u5229\u7387\u7ea6\u4e3a70%\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u62e5\u67091332\u5bb6\u96f6\u552e\u5e97\u94fa\uff0c\u904d\u5e0338\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c2017\u5e74\u5168\u5e74\u9500\u552e\u989d 9.12\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u6570\u91cf 5000\u4eba\u3002\u516c\u544a\u79f0\uff1a\u57fa\u4e8e\u5c71\u4e1c\u5982\u610f\u79d1\u6280\u96c6\u56e2\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6574\u5408\u7684\u534f\u540c\u6548\u5e94\uff0cSMCP S.A.\u4e1a\u7ee9\u589e\u957f\u8fc5\u731b\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\u590d\u5408\u589e\u957f\u7387\u8fbe 16.8%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2018 \u4e0a\u534a\u5e74 SMCP \u7ee7\u7eed\u4fdd\u6301\u589e\u957f\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u8425\u4e1a\u6536\u5165\u8fbe4.93\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u6309\u4e0d\u53d8\u6c47\u7387\u8ba1\u589e\u957f15.5%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u63a8\u52a8\u4e0b\uff0c\u8f83\u4e0a\u5e74\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f 43.1%\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u589e\u957f\u6700\u5feb\u7684\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u652f\u6491\u4e86\u6574\u4f53\u4e1a\u7ee9\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u622a\u6b62\u672c\u6587\u53d1\u7a3f\uff0cSMCP \u5f53\u524d\u80a1\u4ef7\u4e3a 23.6\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5e02\u503c 17.43\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u6309\u5f53\u524d\u6c47\u7387\u6298\u5408\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u7ea6 137\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u636e\u6b64\u63a8\u7b97\uff0c\u7ef4\u4fe1\u57fa\u91d1\u95f4\u63a5\u62e5\u6709\u7684SMCP 25%\u80a1\u4efd\u5f53\u524d\u4ef7\u503c\u7ea6 34\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6df1\u5733\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u5c71\u4e1c\u5982\u610f\u6bdb\u7eba\u670d\u88c5\u96c6\u56e2\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5f53\u524d\u5e02\u503c\u4e3a 35\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u622a\u6b62 2018\u5e746\u670830\u65e5\u7684\u8d26\u9762\u73b0\u91d1\u4e3a 10.2\u4ebf\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e SMCP \u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7f51\u9875\uff08\u4e0b\u56fe\uff09\uff0c\u4eca\u5e747\u670810\u65e5\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u5982\u610f\u53ca\u534f\u540c\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u51cf\u6301\u4e86 SMCP \u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u5360\u6bd4\u4ece 60.2%\u964d\u4f4e\u5230 53.9%\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.htt.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" S.A.\u7ec8\u7aef\u96f6\u552e\u7f51\u7edc\u53ef\u4ee5\u62d3\u5c55\u4e3b\u8425\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u6269\u5927\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u4efd\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u9886\u5148\u7684\u6280\u672f\u7eba\u7ec7\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u5236\u9020\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u80fd\u4e3aSMCP
