\u8fbe\u6210\u4e3a\u671f4\u5e74\u7684\u518d\u878d\u8d44\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u65d7\u4e0b Topshop \u4f26\u6566\u725b\u6d25\u8857\u65d7\u8230\u5e97\u518d\u83b73.1\u4ebf\u82f1\u9551\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e4b\u524d\u7531\u8fd9\u5bb6\u4f26\u6566\u725b\u6d25\u8857\u65d7\u8230\u5e97\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d44\u4ea7\u62c5\u4fdd\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u662f 2014\u5e74\u5728\u82cf\u683c\u5170\u7687\u5bb6\u94f6\u884c\uff08Royal Bank of Scotland\uff09\u7275\u5934\u4e0b\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d22\u56e2\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u672c\u5e94\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e746\u6708\u5230\u671f\uff0c\u540e\u5728 Arcadia \u4eca\u5e74\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u91cd\u7ec4\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u88ab\u5ef6\u671f\u81f312\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0a\u6708\u5c31\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u79f0\u521b\u59cb\u4eba Philip Green \u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u52a0\u7d27\u5bfb\u627e\u65b0\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6709\u5a92\u4f53\u9884\u8ba1\u8fd9\u5bb6\u4e13\u4e1a\u8d37\u65b9\u7684\u5229\u7387\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u94f6\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-image-100276\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u540c\u884c\u7ade\u4e89\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4fe1\u5fc3\u4f4e\u8ff7\u548c\u95e8\u5e97\u5ba2\u6d41\u91cf\u4e0b\u6ed1\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\uff0cArcadia \u5df2\u4e0d\u590d\u5f80\u65e5\u7684\u8f89\u714c\uff0c\u9010\u6e10\u5904\u4e8e\u7834\u4ea7\u8fb9\u7f18\u30024\u6708\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u7f13\u89e3\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u96c6\u56e2\u5f00\u59cb\u8f6c\u79df\u5904\u4e8e\u9ec4\u91d1\u5730\u6bb5\u7684 \u201cCVA\u201d\uff0c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u7834\u4ea7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff09\u3002\u6839\u636e\u53cc\u65b9\u8fbe\u6210\u7684\u534f\u8bae\uff0cArcadia \u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u95e8\u5e97\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c06\u6709194\u5bb6\u7684\u5728\u672a\u6765\u4e09\u5e74\u5185\u83b7\u5f97\u79df\u91d1\u51cf\u514d\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ea4\u6362\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e1a\u4e3b\u548c\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97 Arcadia \u96c6\u56e2\u6700\u591a 20% \u7684\u80a1\u6743\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u96c6\u56e2\u65d7\u4e0b Topshop \u4f26\u6566\u65d7\u8230\u5e97\u79df\u91d1\u5c06\u4ece5000\u4e07\u82f1\u9551\u51cf\u5c11\u52302500\u4e07\u82f1\u9551\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ea4\u6362\uff0c\u8be5\u65d7\u8230\u5e97\u5c06\u88ab\u62b5\u62bc\u7ed9\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd Pension Protection Fund\uff08\u517b\u8001\u91d1\u4fdd\u62a4\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff09\u3002\u968f\u5373\u57286\u6708\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u534f\u8bae\u83b7\u5f97\u4e8675%
