Alvarez and Marsal (A&amp;M)\u62c5\u4efb\u987e\u95ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u540d\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0cA&amp;M \u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u91cc\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a\u83b1\u5361\u5bfb\u627e\u6f5c\u5728\u4e70\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f46\u4ea4\u6613\u672a\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u53cd\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u5b81\u613f\u91c7\u53d6\u5176\u4ed6\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u6301\u6709\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\uff0cMoody\uff08\u7a46\u8fea\uff09\u5c06\u83b1\u5361\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u8bc4\u7ea7\u4e0b\u8c03\u4e86\u4e24\u4e2a\u7ea7\u8ddd\u81f3 Caa2\uff0c\u5c55\u671b\u4e3a\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u4e14\u5728\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\uff0cMoody \u5df2\u7ecf\u5c06\u83b1\u5361\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u8bc4\u7ea7\u4e0b\u8c03\u4e86\u4e24\u4e2a\u7ea7\u8ddd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moody \u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u51b2\u51fb\u4e86\u75b2\u5f31\u7684\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u524d\u666f\uff0c\u4e0b\u8c03\u8bc4\u7ea7\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u83b1\u5361\u7684\u9ad8\u6760\u6746\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u8d1f\u503a\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moody \u5bf9\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u8bc4\u7ea7\u4e3a Caa3\u3002Moody \u5728\u672c\u5468\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u4e24\u5e74\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u201c\u8d1f\u503a\u4e0e EBITDA \u6bd4\u7387\u201d\u5c06\u4ece2019\u5e74\u768410\u500d\u5347\u81f325-30\u500d\u3002\u201c\u8d1f\u503a\u4e0e EBITDA Group)\u5b50\u516c\u53f8 CFC \u6301\u670915.5%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5c11\u6570\u80a1\u4e1c\u6301\u6709\u5269\u4f598.9%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e Refinitiv \u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u83b1\u5361\u516c\u53f82025\u5e745\u6708\u5230\u671f\u76847.5%\u503a\u5238\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u4ef7\u4ece2019\u5e74\u5e95\u7684\u7ea680\u7f8e\u5206\u964d\u81f3\u4e86\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\u7684\u7ea655\u7f8e\u5206\u3002\u672c\u5468\u56db\u7684\u62a5\u4ef7\u4e3a69.375\u7f8e\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
