Penney \u548c Sears \u5360\u7528\u7684\u96f6\u552e\u7a7a\u95f4\u6539\u9020\u4e3a Amazon \u7684\u7269\u6d41\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff1b\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4e70\u4e0b\u8fd9\u90e8\u5206\u96f6\u552e\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sears \u4e8e2018\u5e7410\u6708\u5ba3\u5e03\u7533\u8bf7\u7834\u4ea7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff08chapter 11\uff09\uff0cJ.C. Penney \u4e8e\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\u7533\u8bf7\u7834\u4ea7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u4e24\u5bb6\u8fde\u9501\u767e\u8d27\u5df2\u7ecf\u5173\u95ed\u4e86\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u6570\u5341\u5bb6\u95e8\u5e97\u3002 Simon Property 5\u6708\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u516c\u5f00\u6587\u4ef6\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7136\u62e5\u670963 \u5bb6 J.C. Penney \u95e8\u5e97\u548c11\u5bb6 Sears \u95e8\u5e97\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f46\u62a5\u9053\u63f4\u5f15\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u8bdd\u79f0\uff0c\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a Amazon \u8003\u8651\u6539\u9020\u591a\u5c11\u5bb6\u95e8\u5e97\uff0c\u4e14\u53cc\u65b9\u4f9d\u7136\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fbe\u6210\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8def\u900f\u793e\u8054\u7cfb\u5230 Amazon \u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u65f6\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8868\u793a\u4e0d\u5bf9\u4f20\u95fb\u53d1\u8868\u8bc4\u8bba\u3002Simon Property \u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u56de\u5e94\u8def\u900f\u793e\u7684\u7f6e\u8bc4\u8bf7\u6c42\u3002J.C.
