SMCP\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u53cc\u65b9\u5c1a\u672a\u7b7e\u7f72\u6700\u7ec8\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u4e8e\u5468\u4e09\uff08\u4eca\u5929\uff09\u516c\u5e03\u6700\u7ec8\u6d88\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2013\u5e744\u6708\uff0c \u79c1\u52df\u5de8\u5934KKR \u6536\u8d2d\u4e86SMCP 65% \u7684\u80a1\u6743\uff0c\u539f\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\uff0dLVMH \u65d7\u4e0b\u79c1\u52df\u57fa\u91d1 L Capital \u548c Florac \u9000\u51fa\uff0c \u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u4f30\u503c\u7ea6 6.5\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143, \u7ea6 10\u500d\u4e8eEBITDA (\u606f\u7a05\u6298\u65e7\u644a\u9500\u524d\u5229\u6da6)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5c71\u4e1c\u5982\u610f\u786e\u8ba4\u4ee5 13\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u6536\u8d2dSMCP\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f30\u503c\u5c06\u9ad8\u8fbe SMCP\u516c\u53f82015\u5e74 EBITDA \u7684 13\u500d\uff01<\/p>\n<p>SMCP \u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u4e8e\u8f7b\u5962\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u65d7\u4e0b\u4e09\u5927\u54c1\u724c\u670d\u88c5\u5b9a\u4ef7 200\u6b27\u5143\u5de6\u53f3\u4e00\u4ef6\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u9700\u6c42\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5927\u7684\u4e2d\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b49\u65b0\u5174\u5e02\u573a\u53d1\u5c55\u52bf\u5934\u5f88\u731b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3\u6708\u4efd\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\uff0cSMCP \u5728\u5df4\u9ece\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86 IPO\uff08\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1\uff09\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u6700\u65e9\u6216\u5c06\u57284\u6708\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u606f\u6e90\u79f0\uff0cSMCP \u4e0e\u5c71\u4e1c\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u8c08\u5224\u81f3\u5c11\u5df2\u7ecf\u6301\u7eed\u4e86\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u65e9\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\u53cc\u65b9\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ef7\u683c\u5206\u6b67\u800c\u6682\u65f6\u6401\u7f6e\u3002SMCP \u7b79\u5907 IPO \u5bf9\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4e00\u5468\u91cc\u5df2\u7ecf\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u8c08\u5224\u8fdb\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>KKR \u5728\u6301\u6709 SMCP \u63a7\u80a1\u6743\u540e\u6574\u6574\u4e09\u5e74\u5957\u73b0\u79bb\u573a\uff0c\u6536\u76ca\u4e00\u500d\u3002\u5de7\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u5927\u80a1\u4e1c L Capital \u548c Florac \u7684\u6301\u6709\u671f\u4e5f\u662f \u4e09\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4f4d\u6d88\u606f\u6e90\u79f0\uff0c \u62e5\u6709 SMCP 21.11%\u80a1\u6743\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u521b\u59cb\u4eba Evelyne\uff0cYlan Chetrite\uff08Sandro\uff09\u548c Judith Milgrom\uff08Maje\uff09\u5e0c\u671b\u8fdb\u884c IPO\uff0c\u7f13\u89e3\u516c\u53f8\u603b\u989d\u7ea6\u4e3a 2.9\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u8d1f\u503a\u3002\u800c\u62e5\u6709 70%\u80a1\u6743\u7684 KKR \u96c6\u56e2\u5219\u5e0c\u671b\u4e0e\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u8fbe\u6210\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6700\u7ec8\u548c\u5982\u610f\u96c6\u56e2\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8fd9\u51e0\u4f4d\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u6301\u6709 \u8ba1\u5212\u8d70\u51fa\u6cd5\u56fd\uff0c\u8fdb\u519b\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\uff0c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u548c\u610f\u5927\u5229\u7b49\u5730\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u53d1\u5c55\u6570\u5b57\u9500\u552e\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u7537\u88c5\u4ee5\u53ca\u76ae\u9769\u5236\u54c1\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6cd5\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u9500\u552e\u989d\u5360\u603b\u9500\u552e\u989d\u7ea6 50%\u3002SMCP \u7684 CEO Daniel Lalonde \u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u201c2011\u5e74~2020\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e2d\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u4eba\u6570\u5c06\u4f1a\u4ece 3300\u4e07\u4eba\u589e\u52a0\u5230 8500\u4e07\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u96c6\u56e2\u672a\u6765\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5ba2\u6237\u7fa4\u4f53\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>2015\u5e74\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u65b0\u5f00\u8bbe\u95e8\u5e97\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0cSMCP 44%\u548c 33%\u3002\u622a\u81f3 2015\u5e74\uff0cSMCP \u5728\u5168\u7403 33\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u62e5\u6709 1118\u5bb6\u95e8\u5e97\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u5728 2016\u5e74\u5c06\u65b0\u5f00\u8bbe 80~100\u5bb6\u65b0\u95e8\u5e97\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d KKR \u3001SMCP
