Secret\u3001\u65f6\u88c5\u54c1\u724cSpringfield\uff0c Cortefiel \u548c Pedro del Hierro\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6298\u6263\u8fde\u9501\u5e97 Fifty Factory\u3002 \u6bcf\u4e2a\u54c1\u724c\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4ee5\u53ca\u9500\u552e\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u67b6\u6784\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5168\u7403 89\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u62e5\u6709 1982\u4e2a\u9500\u552e\u7f51\u70b9\uff0c2016\u5e74\u8425\u4e1a\u989d\u4e3a 11.28\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Cortefiel \u5728\u5468\u4e94\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u4ea4\u6613\u5bf9\u5176\u4f30\u503c\u8d85\u8fc7 10\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2005\u5e74\uff0cPAI Partners\u3001CVC Capital \u548c Permira \u4ee5 14.4\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u8054\u624b\u6536\u8d2d\u4e86\u62e5\u6709 100\u591a\u5e74\u5386\u53f2\u7684 Cortefiel\uff0c \u5404\u81ea\u62e5\u6709\u540e\u8005 33%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u3002\u77e5\u60c5\u4eba\u58eb\u79f0\uff1a \u4ea4\u6613\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0cPermira \u5c06\u9000\u51fa\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\uff0cPAI Partners \u548c CVC Capital \u5404\u6301\u6709 50%\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff0cCortefiel \u503a\u52a1\u603b\u989d\u4e3a 8.95\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u8fd9\u7b14\u4ea4\u6613\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u5176\u51cf\u5c11 40%\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c \u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5230 2018\u5e74\u5c06\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u94f6\u884c\u503a\u52a1\u5230\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2015\u5e74 9\u6708\uff0cPAI Partners\u3001CVC Capital \u548c Permira \u66fe\u8058\u8bf7\u9ad8\u76db\u8d1f\u8d23 Cortefiel \u7684\u51fa\u552e\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002\u636e\u5206\u6790\u5e08\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6 Cortefiel \u7684\u4f30\u503c\u7ea6\u4e3a 13\u4ebf\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e 2005\u5e74\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u4ef7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2016\u5e74\u53c8\u4f20\u51fa Cortefiel \u96c6\u56e2\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u7b79\u5907 IPO \u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u7b79\u8d44 10\u4ebf\u591a\u6b27\u5143\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5e02\u573a\u73af\u5883\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u7ec8\u6b62\u4e0a\u5e02\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u5bfb\u627e\u51fa\u552e\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u80a1\u4e1c\u91cd\u65b0\u5bfb\u627e Cortefiel \u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u4e70\u5bb6\uff0c\u96c6\u56e2 CEO
